About Decades

We are a creative community in the Netherlands (currently based in Amsterdam), offering masterclasses and courses in acting, creativity, self-expression, and filmmaking. Our mission is to create safe, inspiring spaces where people can experiment, grow, and connect — without pressure to perform. We believe creativity is a skill anyone can nurture, and we design masterclasses that spark curiosity and confidence. As our designer, you’ll help us bring this mission to life visually.

Work Format: Freelance (Remote)

What You’ll Do

• Use our existing moodboard (inspired by Suprematism, Constructivism, and Bauhaus) as a starting point for the identity.
• Adapt our current logo and develop a cohesive visual identity.
• Define typography, color palette, and graphic elements.
• Develop brand assets: icons, patterns, image treatments.
• Prepare application examples for social media, posters, and website.
• Design a concise brand style guide (PDF).
• Collaborate closely with our team to ensure visual consistency.
• Support the integration of new identity into our website layouts (optional).

Deliverables

• Brand guideline PDF (typography, colors, graphics, usage rules).
• Logo package in various formats (vector & raster).
• Brand assets library (icons, patterns, image treatments).
